The music used at the end of the BBC's F1 coverage often sums the race up perfectly, for example the song Umbrella being used over the action from the rained off Malysian Grand Prix and a couple of races later at the first race of the year which was run in the dry - the Grand Prix of Bahrain we were treated to I Can See Clearly Now by Ray Charles. There is also a tendancy to use a cover version, especially one from the BBC Live Lounge albums.

The following lists show the songs played at the end of qualifying and the race (unfortunatly my recordings of qualifying for the first two Grand Prix were cut short by my Humax's inability to add padding to "Accurate Record"). There was no end sequance to the Hungarian Grand Prix qualifying program as the session overran due to Felipi Massas accident, and the later confusion over the results - since then there have also been a number of qualifying sessions which have ended quickly and without the usual montage.
